About Pie-Fection

The Pie-Fection dream began three years ago with two friends in the college town of Tallahassee, Florida. There, co-owners Jon Diaz and Luke Fernbach developed their innovative idea for fast, fully customizable, pizzas, pasta, and salads. Long time friends and dedicated members of the Dr. Phillips community, Jon and Luke decided to bring their idea home:

"We envisioned a unique pizza restaurant that would allow us to provide our guests with quality food, as well as a one-of-a-kind dining experience."

Pie-Fection opened its doors for business early in 2010, offering four varieties of crusts, twelve sauces, and over forty delicious toppings. Crusts and sauces are made fresh daily using the finest ingredients and pizzas are expertly baked by fire in a Wood Stone oven. The dream has been realized: now you too can create your own fully customizable pizza and watch as it cooks to perfection.

Pie-Fection has a contemporary design with a friendly, comfortable atmosphere. The counter ordering system allows you to see and choose each delicious component of your pie, while the open kitchen
design allows you to observe the creation of your culinary masterpiece from start to finish.
